Yes. FT offers a hybrid working scheme of one day from home per week OR increased annual leave, based on your role.
If working remotely is possible in your role, you can choose to work from home one day per week. If you decide not to work from home but commit to working full-time in the office, you will benefit from an extra three days per year of annual leave.
If working remotely is not possible in your role, you will automatically benefit from three additional days of holiday per year.
Where your role allows, FT offers flexible onsite work in the UK and Madrid offices.
Office hours: 7am – 9pm
Every day has a set of mandatory Core Hours:
You can begin any time between 7am – 9:30am
You can finish any time between 3:30pm (3pm on Friday) and 9pm
When working more than your contracted hours, you will accrue surplus hours (max. 8h) to take back as flexi-leave in a 4-week period.
When working less than your contracted hours, you will enter a deficit (max. 8h) in which you can make up the hours on a different day.
